4. Click next, after entering the trip details, click the “Next” button.
5. View quotation, on the next screen, you will see the available cars and their corresponding prices.

There are several ways to book your trip with us:

3. Customer portal, if you are a registered customer, you can also login to your customer portal to book.

You will receive a booking confirmation email after completing the online booking process, confirming your booking in principle.
However, your booking will only be secured and fully confirmed once you have made the payment in full for your trip. Please ensure that you complete the payment process to finalise your booking !
You will be sent a secure link via email to make the payment for your trip. Once the payment is completed, your booking will be fully confirmed.
You will be charged for your trip after your booking is confirmed in principal.
We will email you a secure payment link where you can complete the payment using a debit or credit card.
Please note that your booking will only be secured and fully confirmed once the payment is processed. Please ensure that you complete the payment via the secure link provided in the email to finalise your booking.

We only offer cashless payments for trips. Here are the available payment options:
1. Debit Cards: A normal bank card allowing to make online purchases
2. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express
After you have placed your booking, a secure payment link will be sent to you via email to complete your payment.
Note: We do not charge any processing fees for card payments.
To cancel your booking, you can:

2. Email Us: Send an email requesting the cancellation of your booking.
If you cancel within the free cancellation window, the full amount charged will be refunded.

You can contact your chauffeur by:
• Contacting Chauffeur: We will send you your chauffeur's contact information via email and WhatsApp one hour before your scheduled pickup time.
This allows you to reach out to your chauffeur directly if you have any questions or need assistance on the day of your trip!
Meeting your chauffeur:
• Airport Pickups: Your chauffeur will be waiting inside the airport, in the arrivals hall at the barrier, holding a nameboard with your name.
• Non-Airport Pickups: For pickups other than airports, your chauffeur will wait at or around the scheduled pickup address, unless you provide specific instructions otherwise.
Please make sure to look for your nameboard to identify your chauffeur!

Important Notes:
• If you need additional waiting time, you must contact us via chat or email before the complimentary time ends.
• If in case your chauffeur cannot wait for an extended period, we will reach out to you for alternative arrangements.
• If you fail to communicate with us about your delay, your chauffeur may leave at the end of complimentary waiting time.
Your invoice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after your trip has been completed. If you're a registered customer, you can also view and download your invoices by logging into your customer portal.

To add your coupon or promo code, follow these steps:
1. Proceed with Booking: Start your booking process as usual by selecting your trip details.
2. Continue to Final Step:, Move through the booking steps until you reach the last step, which is usually the payment page or order summary.
3. Enter Coupon Code: Look for a field labelled "Apply Coupon" or "Promo Code" on this final page.
4. Enter Your Code: Type or paste your coupon or promo code into this field.
5. Validate the Code: Click the "Validate" button next to the coupon field to apply the discount to your trip price.
6. Check Discount: Ensure that the authorised discount has been applied to your total price before proceeding to payment.
Important Note:
You cannot apply a coupon or promo code for trips that have already taken place. Please make sure to apply it before completing the booking process.
For an hourly booking, 10 miles of complimentary travel distance is included per hour.
Examples:
• A 6-hour booking includes 60 miles of complimentary travel distance.
• A 8-hour booking includes 80 miles of complimentary travel distance.
• A 10-hour booking includes 100 miles of complimentary travel distance.
Excess mileage is chargeable. Essentially, after the complimentary mileage used up, additional miles incur a cost, which will be calculated per mile basis.
