PREHIRE is the controller of your data, this Privacy Policy provides information on the processing of your personal data because of being a user of the PREHIRE Rider’s App.

By using the PREHIRE Rider’s App, you are agreeing that your personal data is being collected and processed for the purposes of fulfilling the transportation services to you.

3. Objections and Complaints

3.1  Users in the EU have the right to object to PREHIRE’S processing of personal data, including for marketing, purposes based on profiling and / or automated decision making. PREHIRE may continue to process your information notwithstanding the objection to extent permitted under “GDPR”.
